Pole Dance/Fitness

Pole Dance has evolved over the years as a great form of fitness and is now popular worldwide. It 

is a very different and unique form of fitness and dance that involves body-weight conditioning which works on your entire body. It improves strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence.

 

Here at Spykes PD & F we have a range of Term classes starting from Absolute Beginners to Advanced aimed to bring the best out of you!

Absolute Beginners

This is the introductory 4 week term - suitable if you are new to pole. In Absolute Beginners you will learn the essential fundamentals of pole. You will learn beginner spins, transitions and the necessary moves to continue your pole journey. 

Beginners

Once you finish the introductory Absolute Beginners term, your term class will automatically change to Beginners. In Beginners you will learn pole climbs, seats, how to combo your previously taught and new spins and transitions, and eventually progress to doing your first inverts!    

Intermediates

Once you progress with your climbs and basic inverts, you are ready for Intermediate class. In Intermediates you will learn a range of Intermediate spins, inverts, leg hangs and combos. In this class you will build your strength towards more Advanced moves. 

Higher Intermediates

Higher Intermediates are for students who are accustomed to the Intermediate fundamentals. You will learn tricks and combos that are more advanced than the Intermediate class, and work towards what is needed to be in the Advanced class.  

Advanced

Advanced is not for the faint hearted! You learn Advanced pole tricks, spins, and combos that require strength acquired from previous levels.
