Drop In Classes

Spykesotic

Spykesotic is a unique fitness and dance class that ventures into the sexy side of pole. Taught by Stacey Spykes, this is her personal favourite class to teach. Accompanied with an awesome sexy playlist, Stacey will bring out the sexiness in you, with sensual movement around the pole and a special kind of floorwork, all blended together into sexy choreography pieces. You will be surprised how much of a workout this class is, and it will bring out the confidence in you to be comfortable in your own skin. This class is a great opportunity to wear heels. Suitable for mixed levels.

Flexibility

When you progress in Pole, you will notice that some of your pole moves will require a certain level of Flexibility. That's where Flexibility class comes in!

Suitable for all levels, this class involves different kinds of exercises and stretches to improve Flexibility in your splits, backbends and more. Anyone can improve on Flexibility, and this class is a great accompaniment to your pole training.

Open Practise

Open Practise is a drop in class where you can work on moves you've previously been taught in class. It's perfect if you don't have a pole at home, if you only have a small pole space and want to practise in a bigger setting, or if you simply want an instructor to spot or assist you in moves you're unsure of. An instructor will be supervising for any questions you have, and you will practise in a friendly welcoming atmosphere.  

Conditioning

Conditioning is a drop in class that focuses on building your strength towards your nemesis pole moves. In this class you will do a variety of exercises on and off the pole that will increase strength in your upper body and core, helping you achieve more advanced moves.  

You will also participate in a variety of exercises to work on your legs, glutes and abs.

This class will also help with your flexibility training.  

Yoga

Taught by Stacey Spykes, the style of Yoga taught in this class is Freestyle Fitness Yoga. Freestyle Fitness Yoga focuses on the fitness side of yoga, and less about the spiritual side. Suitable for all levels, this class caters to beginners and offers advanced options for the more advanced student. 

Practising a variety of salutations and balance postures, this class will increase strength, condition your body, improve flexibility and balance, and keep you fit.
